藥品名:Lansoprazole
成 份:Lansoprazole30 mg
適應症:胃潰瘍、十二指腸潰瘍、逆流性食道炎、Zollinger-Ell ison症侯群，合併抗生素治
療與幽門螺旋桿菌(Helicoba cter Pylori)相關的消化性潰瘍_用於治療active
或healing 之消化性潰瘍及逆流性食道炎。
劑 量:原廠文獻:To treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD):
Adults—15 to 30 mg once a day, preferably taken in the morning before a meal.
Children less than 1 year of age— Use and dose must be determined by your doctor
Children 1 to 18 years of age—15 to 30 mg once daily for 8 to 12 weeks
To treat duodenal ulcers:
Adults—At first, 15 milligrams (mg) once a day, preferably taken in the morning before a meal. Your doctor may increase your dose if needed.
Children up to 18 years of age—Use and dose must be determined by your doctor.
To treat duodenal ulcers related to infection with H. pylori:
Adults—30 mg plus amoxicillin 1000 mg (1 gram) plus clarithromycin 500 mg, taken together before meals twice a day for ten to fourteen days. Alternatively, your doctor may want you to take lansoprazole 30 mg plus amoxicillin 1000 mg (1 gram) before meals three times a day for fourteen days.

To treat gastric ulcers:
Adults—15 to 30 mg once a day, preferably taken in the morning before a meal.

To treat conditions in which the stomach produces too much acid:
Adults—At first, 60 mg once a day, preferably taken in the morning before a meal. Your doctor may increase your dose if needed.

The Los Angeles Classification of Esophagitis:
Grade A: One or more mucosal break, each <=5mm long, confined to the mucosal folds。
Grade B: One or more mucosal break > 5mm long, confined to the mucosal folds but not continuous between the tops of two mucosal folds。
(A.B class 給藥四個月或更多時間)
Grade C: One or more mucosal break continuous between the tops of two or more mucosal folds but which involve less than 75% of the esophageal circumference。
Grade D: Mucosal breaks which involve less than 75% of the esophageal circumference。
(C.D class 給藥一年或更多時間)
Zollinger-Ellision sym. 給藥期間除副作用以及症狀明顯改善考量以外~不予停藥持續投藥
Helicoba cter Pylori. .應考慮其他微生物製劑處方組合二合一或是三合療法使用至少
8 weeks
副作用: 頭痛、嗜睡、腹瀉、便祕、口渴、腹脹噁心、頭暈、皮膚疹、食慾不振…等，發生起疹子搔癢等過敏症狀或肝功能指數GOT、GPT、ALP、LDH、γ-GTP上升嗜酸球增多的情形，如出現這種情形應立即停藥並給予適當的治療。
藥理機轉:抑制胃酸分泌，治療十二指腸潰瘍、胃潰瘍、胃酸逆流產生的食道炎等
與下列藥物併用時須注意:
Sucralfate (e.g., Carafate):Oral lansoprazole should be taken at least 30 minutes before sucralfate so that lansoprazole will
be properly absorbed
Warfarin (e.g., Coumadin):May increase your chance of bleeding side effects. Your doctor may test your blood after you
start lansoprazole and after you stop lansoprazole.
Theophyline:本藥可能降低Theophyline在血中的濃度_Lansoprazole被認為會誘發肝臟中代謝藥物的酵素，而造成
Theophyline代謝增強
Phenytoin和Diazepam:有報告指出，類似藥品Omeprazole會延遲Phenytoin和Diazepam的代謝或排泄
用藥指導:藥物效用
胃潰瘍、十二指腸潰瘍、逆流性食道炎、幽門螺旋桿菌引起之消化性潰瘍。
服藥指示
1.請依醫師指示服用。
2.忘記服藥請盡快服用；若已接近下次服藥時間，只要服用下次的藥。不可一次服用兩次的藥量。
3.建議飯前一小時空腹使用。
注意事項
1.孕婦或授乳婦女，或有肝臟疾病者，請告知您的醫師或藥師。
2.若對此藥過敏者，應立即停用此藥。
副作用
1.每一種藥都有副作用，若有以下情況，請勿驚慌：發疹、搔癢、頭痛、腸胃不適、腹痛、便秘、腸胃氣脹、嗜睡等。
2.上述症狀若持續且加重，或有下列少見的情形，請聯絡醫師或藥師：水腫、噁心、口乾、嘔吐等的情形。 |
