cocktail

Just now held a piece of paper and walked into the office of the assistant director.
He was chatting with our boss in the mean time looking at the paper I had.
He said "That will not be a goood business  idea unless it is a coktail napkin"
Can not help laughing.
I replied, "Well I was in shower last night, and thought of some new things. I randomly pick up a
paper and put down the stufss.  It got some soap and shampoo.  I put them in the dryer and make sure
it did not get over burn".  
Of course he knew I was joking.

is the supposed to be a joke?
cus serious;y I don't really get it through the paper thing in the dryer and over burn?
