請問這句文法的解析

The Carnegie Museum has one of the largest collections of dinosaur bones in the
world.
The only problem is that the way they were presented all these years was wrong.
第二句之後that所帶的子句  were 巳經有個動詞了，後面又有was
所以說句子不能這樣組成是嗎?

that引導名詞子句. 該名詞子句的主詞是the way, 動詞是 was,
至於they were presented all these years是形容詞子句,修飾the way...
所以這個句子是由三個子句構成,每個動詞皆可以找到主詞,在文法上是對的句子啊~
