I'm currently living in LA, and this is the information I have heard...
Like most of you suspect, there WILL be a second Iron Man movie, which is due to be released 2010.
The director had stated he did not want to introduce "War Machine," which was Arthur Rhodes in a Iron Man suit when Tony Stark found out Pepper got a boyfriend and started to have a alcohol problem.
As for the Avengers, that might take even longer, as they need to get through a list of other hero movies before they reach that.
Most recently will be the Hulk, and with others following.
Oh, and for those of you that don't recognize the person at the end of the movie with Tony Stark, his name is Nick Fury(played my Samuel L. Jackson), a member of S.H.I.E.L.D., which also plays a strong role in the avengers. |
