If you want to lose weight.. there is a method called atkins diet. basically what you do is.. for the next 3~4 weeks.. don't eat anything with carbs or at least low-carb.(麵食) eg sugar/rice/noodle/bread/cereal/etc. Of course you can eat anything else.. meat/nuts/egg/low-sugar vegetable/low-sugar fruits/etc. (but just don't starve yourself) what it does is that.. it switches your metabolism's functioning from burning glocuse to burning stored body fat. In 3~4 weeks if you follow this method you'll lose about 10~15lbs and after that just look out of what you eat...
