妄想症

What is delusional disorder?什麼是妄想症？
Delusional disorder, previously known as paranoid disorder, is a type of serious mental illness—called a “psychosis” – in which a person cannot tell what is real from what is imagined.妄想症，以前稱為妄想症，是一種嚴重的精神病，被稱為“精神病” -在一個人不能告訴什麼是真實，什麼是可想而知的。 The main feature of this disorder is the presence of delusions, which are unshakable beliefs in something that is untrue.的主要特點是這種疾病的存在幻想，這是不可動搖的信仰，這是不真實的。 People with delusional disorder experience non-bizarre delusions, which involve situations that could occur in real life, such as being followed, poisoned, deceived, conspired against, or loved from a distance.妄想症的人的經驗不奇怪的錯覺，涉及的情況可能發生在現實生活中，如被跟踪，毒害，欺騙，陰謀，或從遠處親人。 These delusions usually involve the misinterpretation of perceptions or experiences.這些妄想通常涉及誤解看法或經驗。 In reality, however, the situations are either not true at all or highly exaggerated.但在現實中，情況都是不正確的，或者非常誇張。
People with delusional disorder often can continue to socialize and function quite normally, apart from the subject of their delusion, and generally do not behave in an obviously odd or bizarre manner.妄想症的人往往能夠繼續社交功能相當一般，除了受到其妄想，一般不表現明顯奇數或怪異的方式進行。 This is unlike people with other psychotic disorders, who also might have delusions as a symptom of their disorder.這是不同的人與其他精神疾病，誰也可能有妄想症的症狀的疾病。 In some cases, however, people with delusional disorder might become so preoccupied with their delusions that their lives are disrupted.但在有些情況下，妄想症的人可能會變得十分關注他們的幻想，他們的生活受到破壞。
Although delusions might be a symptom of more common disorders, such as schizophrenia, delusional disorder itself is rather rare.雖然可能是一種妄想症狀較常見的疾病，如精神分裂症，妄想症本身是相當少見。 Delusional disorder most often occurs in middle to late life and is slightly more common in women than in men.妄想症最常發生在中間的晚年，是較常見的輕微女性比男性。
