目前世紀上大型 Omega 3 研究中 還沒辦法總結 是否對於心血管疾病有顯著療效
理論上 Omega 3 屬於多雙鍵不飽和脂肪酸 能夠清理管璧膽固醇堆積
但是目前用法 僅將Omega 3 列入"健康食品" 表示不具有療效
醫院中極少見醫生處方這類健康食品
別忘了 Omega 3 依然屬於油脂類 每一公克提供9大卡熱量
