ஐღ Glaetzer Amon-Ra Shiraz ღஐ

As the King of all Gods, Amon-Ra is considered the most powerful figure in Egyptian mythology. The temple of Amon-Ra is recorded as the birthplace of commercial winemaking, having the first ever large scale vineyard grown specifically to make wine for the citizens of the temple

在埃及神話裡,Amon-Ra是眾神之王,最具權力之神。
依記載,Amon-Ra神殿是商業釀酒的發祥地,
最早擁有大型規模葡萄園,
專供神殿市民釀酒之用。
Variety:Dry-grown 105-115 year-old Shiraz vines (100%)

葡萄品種:生長於乾旱地區,樹齡105-115歲的Shiraz葡萄樹。(100%)

Region:100% Barossa Valley ( Northern Ebenezer region)

產區:100% 來自於Barossa Valley (北Ebenezer區)

Fermentation:Fermented in 1 and 2 tonne open fermenters, hand plunged 3 times daily. Completed primary and MLF in oak and then matured for 15 months in oak, matured on lees to maintain fruit profile and animation, minimal SO2. Topped every 3 weeks.

發酵:於1噸重與2噸重開放式發酵桶中進行發酵,每天3次的人工翻動。在橡木桶中完成主要發酵與乳酸發酵後,連同酒渣於桶中熟成15個月,以保有果香風味與顯明活潑,以及少量二氧化硫,並每隔3星期上下工翻動。

Oak:40% fine-grained medium toast American coopered American oak hogsheads, 50% Allier medium toast Bordeaux coopered French oak. 10% Bordeaux coopered American oak hogsheads. 100% new oak.

橡木桶:40%為中型紋理精美,烘烤過的美製美國橡木桶,50%為中型Allier,烘烤過的波爾多製法國橡木桶,10%為波爾多製美國橡木桶,100%全新橡木桶。

Yield  產量:0.25 – 1 tonne per acre (equivalent to 0.6-2.47 tonnes per hectare)

每英畝產量0.25–1公噸(即每公頃0.6-2.47公噸)

Tasting Note:A vibrant black/purple colour, with aromas of pepper, plum and lifted, animated fruit. A firm structure of ripe and supple tannins provide support to lashings of blackcurrant and nutmeg.  The tannin structure and sheer fruit weight of the wine will enable long-term cellaring.

品酒重點:酒色呈現動人黑/紫色澤,具楜椒、梅子與鮮明水果味,酒體紮實,單寧圓熟柔和,帶來大量黑醋栗與肉豆蔻香氣。單寧結構與果香味,即便長期窖藏也無損其風味。

這種酒應該不便宜吧?光是品種就很少了吧?

市面上目前大概流通的年份為2007. 還可以再陳年,  醒酒時間至少一個小時,酒廠主人班'格萊左被美國知名評酒家RP給予極高的評價,旗下系列的其他作品也不錯,有著濃郁,厚實,果味豐富等風格.
