準備工具:
1. 4分用延長桿
2. 12mm六角套筒 (4分用)
3. 10mm六角套筒 (4分用)
為何要用 "4分用延長桿"?? 前輪碟剎的相關六角螺絲旋緊程度, 比車體固定的六角螺絲要求更緊; 車主總不希望車車騎乘時, 碟剎盤因螺絲鬆動而跑出您車車前面吧~~ XD..
偏短的六角套筒"桿", 以手工操作方式, 力矩臂長度不夠, 不易施力, 致要放鬆 rs100的前輪碟剎的相關六角螺絲不易轉動, 有時逼不得已, 還可以用瞬間敲擊六角套筒"桿"方式, 放鬆六角螺絲 (請小心操作, 以免螺絲滑牙).. 另外如果僅用2分延長桿, 有可能太細, 致提昇操作工具斷裂的危險性~~
(其實, 敝人使用『<span style="font-weight:bold;">二分/四分65件式套筒組合</span>』, 已有一段時日, 使用心得是~~ 針對 125cc級距的速克達機車作維修, 2分用的套筒桿並不實用)

呼叫~ 10號六角套筒, 放鬆剎車油管固定架螺絲

剛才, 自己手賤不小心碰觸到"碟剎來令片", 致中間那2片密合在一起, 怎麼辦?? 復原處理方式: 拿支鈍頭的一字起子往密合處擠入作撐開, 就可以搞定!! 其實拿剛才拆出的~ "剎車油管固定架螺絲"的鐵片, 就可以當作一字起子功能使用操作。

檢視至此, 自己主觀地認定, 碟剎來令片密合時, 仔細檢視那密合處的"圓點"來令片的"厚肉"程度, 是否已磨平到"鐵片"處, 即可知曉~ 碟剎來令片是否該更換"新品"!!

檢視至此, 整理心得如下:
1. 潤滑油用在前輪剎車總成部份, 務必小心使用~~ 否則前輪碟剎甩油致剎車打滑~ 真的很危險!
2. rs100 的前輪碟剎總成拆解順序及組合方位, 對於 DIY新手一族, 務必記住!!

因自己主觀判定, rs100 車車的碟剎檢令片的厚度還足夠 (2009/11/14 updated), 故沒有更換新品的必要, 就按照剛才拆解順序反向裝回.. 裝好/打字完成, 收工。
