Facebook is NOT GUILTY in this lawsuit BUT
Facebook needs to pay to ZeniMax : 300 million for violating Palmer Luckey's NDA ( non disclosure agreement)
50 million for copyright infringement (not Oculus but other shit)
50 million for false designation of origin (means some of stories they claimed about Oculus were false)
Former Oculus CEO needs to pay to ZeniMax :150 million for false designation of origin
Palmer Luckey needs to pay to ZeniMax: 50 million for false designation of origin
In short ZeniMax failed to prove Facebook steal their secret, they still get quite a lot of money from the lawsuit.
