打開水龍頭-英文

hey guys, normally English people say; turn on/turn off the tap
hradly anyone will say turn off the faucet

i will say, turn it on or off.. instead tap or something= =
ha,  i am a lazy guy...
and.. turn it down or something

how about " give me some water "
that might be easier, anyhow, as the person who you are talking to or the person you would like him/her to do , just let him/ her know what you wish. that is enough.
The form of speaking english is not so important how correct you are, how official you are,
The most important is to let the person understand you, that is the most important

I would say turn on/off the water....its just me tho, I don't think this is too formal ...and I would say "turn the water up/down" for the second part. hope this helps

關水龍頭是 turn off the faucet
因為你的動作是在轉水龍頭, 而不是開水龍頭
不是用switch的原因是因為它不是開關

i would say turn on/ turn off
it's easy

我想用open 跟 close應該有更多人知道...雖然不太對...但是可以保證絕對會比turn on / off簡單

開大一點：Turn it (the faucet) up a little more.
關小一點：Turn it (the faucet) down a little more.

聲音也可以用 turn up/down：  "Turn up the radio" --> 把收音機開大聲一點

基本上...在米國大家都說 turn off/on tape water
沒有人會說 turn off/on faucet.....faucet 對他們來說只是單純一個東西
開關水龍頭還是說turn off/on tape water.....已經是個日常用語了

這是對美國人而言....至於其他國家我就不知道ㄌ....說不定加拿大是用 turn off/on faucet
tape water 這也是門學問,他們tape water是可以喝的....但是對我們來說我們心裡還是會怕怕的
不過他們內部很多人也不贊成直接喝...我之前常常喝..沒事...但是心裡總怪怪的:unhappy:
