Fixes
Irritating map channel switch is resolved
Bug where linked materials would not always be updated properly after the Sketchup material was modified is resolved
Some behind-the-scenes material problems have been resolved (which could lead to groups/objects not rendering)
Physical camera crashing is resolved
Gamma correction should now be properly implemented
Refractive materials handle total internal reflection a bit differently now.
This can cause slower render times, although its a more physically accurate result
Changing the max depth in our global switches from 5 to 2 should help reduce this
Additions
Distributed rendering - to utilize DR you need to install the DR Spawner onto another machine and run the DRSpawner exe file. Then on the client (the machine running V-Ray for SketchUp ) you need to go to the global option's system tab. There you can enable DR and choose which machines to render to.
Displacement global UI controls
Displacement continuity
It is now possible to save all GI maps after render ( as long as you have "Don't delete" option enabled )
Separated Input/Output gamma control
Known Issues
DR will not work properly if you have the V-Ray for 3dsmax spawner running on the same machine as our DRSpawner. We're having Chaos Group look into this issue.
DOF w/ the Physical Camera is a bit flaky - we're looking into it
