I have the English manual for TA824, should be the same as TES824, let me know if it's ok for you. I don't think Chinese or English would make much difference, the manual itself is hard to understand.
You don't need the manual for TX7730 once you hook your computer to TES824. You can program your phones from your computer, it's a lot easier. Besides, the TA824 manual should cover enough about how to use the TX773x series phones. |
