I think you are on your own for this one. You got to first decide what drugs you are going to talk about: drugs that relate to your audiences.
Then use a reference to find out their uses on pregnancy & breastfeeding. Of course, this is the most important part of it. What references do you use? I know there are specialized literature on "safety of drugs when used during pregnancy" In the example, you have mentioned Zoloft (R), if you would have checked it up on a noble reference, in this case, I have used Australian Prescription Products Guide. It was documented that Zoloft owing to it's pharmacacological effects could cause birth defects. [tetratogenic on rats & rabbits]
After you have gathered this sort of info, finally, summarize into your powerpoint. I am not sure how many drugs are you going to talk about as they are all different...
I am afraid there is no shortcut ^^.
