放到肩膀，現在，繞個圈
Pull it, feed it, push it through
拉它，穿過去，再收緊
Up, stretch, down again
往上，伸展，再往下
In the face and prepare
放臉前，再準備
Lift, pull, bring it round
提，拉，繞個圈
Thigh, tie, tighten tie
大腿，綁好，再拉緊
Kick the heel
踢個腿
Swivel time
旋轉時間到

轉，轉，再收進去

拉開繩圈

往下穿過去
