A new triterpenoid glycoside from Bupleurum chinense.-A new tritrpenoid glycoside named S1 was isolated from the aerial part of Bupleurum chinense.Based on chemicl degradation and NMr studies. its structure has been determined as 3-o-[α-L-arabinopyranosyl(1→3)-β-D-glucuronopyranosyl]-deanolic acid β-D-glucopyranosyl (1→28) ester





Additional new xanthones and xanthonolignoids from Hypericum canariensis

Hypericanarin (Ⅰ) and cadensin D(Ⅱ) were isolated for the first time from the aerial parts of H.canariensis and their structures detd. Other xanthones isolated were:1,7-dihydroxy xanthone,2-hydroxy xanthone,2-hydroxy-5-methoxy xanthone.2,5-dihydroxy xanthone,1,6-dihydroxy-5,7-dimethoxy xanthone and kielcorin

一個新的三萜配醣體成分命名為[S1]被發現於中國原產柴胡....在他的地上物部分被分離出來(大概指的是不含根部)

在化學萃取分析及核磁共振檢驗發現他的結構式被確定為:3-o-[α-L-arabinopyranosyl(1→3)-β-D-glucuronopyranosyl]-deanolic acid β-D-glucopyranosyl (1→28) ester

另外一個新的xanthones以及xanthonolignoids在Hypericum canariensis植物地上部份被分離出來[Hypericanarin (Ⅰ)]和[ cadensin D(Ⅱ)]其他分離出來的xanthones物質有:
1,7-dihydroxy xanthone
2-hydroxy xanthone
2-hydroxy-5-methoxy xanthone
2,5-dihydroxy xanthone,
1,6-dihydroxy-5,7-dimethoxy xanthone
和 kielcorin

two new alkaloids dasignated as faleonerine(1)and falconerine 8-acetate(2)ware islated from roots of aconitum falconeri.the structures of these C19-diterpenoid alkaloids were derived from their spectral date an dy correlation with ezochasmanine.
