【素食第11道】親子烹飪素食蔬食「脆酥海苔山藥」│Crispy Chinese Yam
材料:
新鮮山藥、脆酥粉、海苔粉
調味料:
鹽、胡椒粉、香菇粉
作法:
1.脆酥粉加適量的水調成糊狀,再加入調味料調勻待用。
2. 山藥洗淨後去皮,切成條狀,全部放入脆酥粉糊中沾裹,然後撒上海苔粉。
3. 接著放入燃燒的炸油裡,用中火炸至表面呈金黃色即可。附上礁岩或番茄醬
沾食。
