If you love what you're doing, it becomes a lot easier.
Accounting, pharmacy, nursing, they're all very good professional jobs in Canada. Finding work in these fields are not hard either.
It's interesting that you want to be in the payroll field of accounting, out of all different fields.
But yeah, go for it, being a psychologist/psychiatrist or an accountant. Time actually goes by very fast, you might finish it b4 u even realizing it^^
AND LASTLY, how can you not know how to ski/snowboard?!!! IT's so much fun!
