你們台灣人怎麼了?

屏東一名男子認為「女兒好不容易養大，當然要自己先用」，竟連續性侵害女兒長達三年，直到女兒懷孕七個多月，獸行才被揭露。因犯行泯滅人性，屏東地院依性侵害防制條例判處十八年徒刑，並須強制治療。被害女童去年底產下一子，已由社會局安置。

去年九月間，被害女童挺著大肚子，在家人陪同下向警方報案，揭露生父的獸行。警方調查，女童因身心壓力太大，曾割腕多次，對於女童身處人間地獄，不僅家人渾然不知，校方通報系統也失靈，才讓事情變得無法收拾。

女童在接受偵訊時說，從國小五年級起，生父在家對她性侵害，次數多得記不清楚，每個月約二至三次，而且沒有使用保險套，「我不敢反抗，因為怕被他罵」。

直到去年八月，家人查覺有異，帶她去檢查身體，獲悉女童已懷孕卅周，舅舅詢問孩子是誰的，女童才說出是自己父親的；女童後來產下一子，進行ＤＮＡ鑑定，確認與女童生父之親子關係機率達百分之九十九點九九九八。

令人髮指的是，被告不僅矢口否認犯行，還辯稱第一次與女兒發生性交行為，是女兒趁他喝酒醉時主動要求。

法官指出，被害人在國小五年級時，是年僅十歲的兒童，對於男女之事，不可能知道，更不可能主動要求，且被害人曾割腕多次，顯見身心承受極大壓力，絕非出於自願。

法官認為，被告利用監護教養的機會，逞一己私慾，對親生幼女為性交行為，罔顧倫常，犯後毫無悔意，因此從重量刑；另根據精神鑑定報告，被告自制能力甚差，且對性態度之認知有嚴重偏差，執行前須施以治療。












噁心死了, 竟然有這種父親的孩子.... 最可憐的是孩子和這被害人

這種事情只是報與不報的問題而以,台灣不會比別國多也不見得比別國少,所以不關國家的事,而是人的問題

誰知為何會這樣,心態問題而以,每個人都會有那種犯錯不用負責的逃避心理,只是是多還是少嚴重還是輕微而以.而有樓主所罵的亂倫還說出那種話的男人的行為,我想那種心態是自私中又帶逃避道德觀產生的變態行為

我想他是意指台灣的治安現象

並不是指所有的台灣人

應該也沒有針對台灣人的意思

不要想太多~~~但是不能否認的是  這種跡象確實是與日俱增

台灣的教育環境令人感到越來越失敗....

會有這種事情的發生也並不完全只有在台灣會發生...我只能說這是個案
林子大了..什麼鳥都有，世界上人那麼多..每天會發生的案件是層出不窮
如果想要真正的抑止的話....我相信那是100%不可能的
人其實真的算是一種病毒......因為人性的黑暗面可大可小
