Fun in Taiwan

My 2006 year-end trip back to Taiwan was one of the more interesting ones in recent memory.  It's my second time going back since I left it more than 20 years ago.  During my stay, not only did I get to sample local dishes in the south (Tainan, Kaoshiung) and spend Christmas/New Year in sunny & warm Pingtung, I also went to Di Hua Street in Taipei, just to join in on the annual madness that is the Chinese New Year shopping season.  Even though my relatives warned me about the huge crowd that would be present, I certainly didn't expect the streets to be packed wall-to-wall with shoppers, and the only way to describe it was sheer madness.  I've never been big on the boring Christmas routine back in the US, so this trip was certainly a nice change of scenery for me, and I really want to do it again if things work out in the future.

this year is the first year I study abroad so I can't enjoy it with my family or girlfirend, however, I stay here not because I can't go home or have no money to do that. Because I am a postgraduate who has a thesis to complete, if I go home during this break, it means I can't inish it in time. For our life, it is a won or lose competition in which everyone must take full responsibility for it.

This is I in the Tainan third Christmas day with carries over to the next year,Also represents me the day which studies in Tainan soon to count backwards for a year.
This year carries over to the next year, must with the girlfriend and the friend together in my family barbecue  Reciprocal time, sets off the smoke and fire.  This is very special  Will joyfully wish everybody next year joyfully to be all satisfactory.

What did I do in Christmas?
"Jingle bell, Jingle bell, Jingle all the way." It is Christmas time again. I can remember the year when I was a junior student in college. I spent all the night with one of my roommate in church. He was a cathedral. At first, we had Christmas Eve service until Christmas came. After that, we played a lot of various games. Everybody was tired and felt sleepy after two o'clock. We couldn't wait the morning break came early. Oh, it was a terrible night. I won't do it again.

I usually mailed Christmas card to my friends in the early years. As new internet technologies come out, I don't do that any longer. Instead, I email a lot of electronical mail to my friend. It saves my money and time. What a wonderful idea! I like it.

It is a good time to say hi to your friends at Christmas time, too.

I would talk about my last Christmas Eve. I want to the Soochow university,that was a Christianism school,and there was a church in that.My parents are believer.So I also went to the church very often.
We had a party about "God changed my life" ,all the joiner played a game.I was play a role about the changer's classmate,who watch the changed on his life. Many students joined us to see the game,and we wish them had some change from God and Jesus Christ.
After this,we had a dinner party,not only ate food but also sang a song.We had a so special X'mas in that day,and Merry Christmas.

Merry Christma's in taichung
I have a happiness family It was Christmas time,and although there wasn't money for a lot gifts,we planned to celebrate with church and family,parties and friends ,
,drives downtown to see the Christmas lights,special dinners,and by decorat our home.
This new year i will go to taipei 101 count down party with many friend,so i very expect new year :emo 024:

In 2005 Christmas Eve, one of my American friend families invited me to go to their house and had Christmas dinner together. He asked me if I was interested in visiting Christian church before. I said no problem. Two years later, I found that I can't believe Jesus and Christianity.

Anyway, that Christmas Eve dinner was wonderful. His wife cooked all day long starting from just after breakfast. We started eating around two p. m. My friend lead everybody pray. We had meshed potatoes, ham, green beans, pies, etc. I can't remember any longer.

After dinner, we played domino games until sun set. Then, he took his whole family with to visit a church. That church had a drama about Bible story in the auditorium first. They also set up many stations in mobile storages. All are about what happened before Jesus was born. Children can really see what Bible stories told.

X'mas,
This is one of the few Christmas in which I wasn’t traveling.  Because of the sudden change of weather, I became sick and I was forced to stay home.  In terms of Christmas spirit though, my favorite is Hong Kong.  The Christmas lighting in HK is one of the best I have seen.  As for New Year, I plan to go see some fireworks with some friends.

Well, the new is about to come and I think I should start to make my new year resolutions. First of all, I hope  the circumstance of Taiwan will be stable. I really hope I can find the time to go back and vote for the presidential election. Second, I hope this year will be the last year I stay in the America 'cause I really miss my home. Last but not least, I hope everyone knows me will have a happiest life in the 2008 and hope all of you guys in the CK101 will be able to see fireworks wherever you are. Happy New Year.

I most like holiday

Certainly to the student said can have a vacation the holiday
is best, I most like am the Spring Festival, not only has a vacation
also has the red package to be allowed to take, then reunites together
with the family member eats the New Year supper, plays cards together
with the relative child, plays the game, wants to play to many late
all nobody manages you, but also some many ample food may eat!
Likes the holiday not only the Spring Festival, the picture is Sweetheart day, may with own another one half cross together, felt
extremely happily, Midautumn Festival, certainly must exit the
barbecue with the friend, roasted goes home roasts second again, after
Midautumn Festival should have the period of time not to dare to eat
the barbecue again! Halloween, should compare in Taiwan little sees
in, but the foreigner takes very much this holiday, I also thought
very novel is interesting, if Taiwan has is managing, I certainly must
play the role of the ghost which frightens to want the candy.
Christmas day, cold cold weather holiday feeling good romantic, may
with the person which likes cross the ultra stick together, perhaps
with the friend revelry, the merchant exhibits the card with to do for
the occasion commodity "together the Christmas tree" family decoration
lively Christmas to possess all, the decoration city beauty, this
holiday is being romantic is because it embellishes all hopes. Also
has the picture is the Mother's Day, Fathers Day, because the parents
very are really great, together celebrates a holiday every year with
the family member, very warm  feeling. Also has special one day, it
is not the holiday, that is every year last day, a big pile of friend
reaches agreement to carry over to the next year together the revelry,
High to the dawn, the feeling very is really good!
