MERRY CHRISTMAS!
It'll be my first Xmas and New Year with my girl friend .
I think it must be a prefect night .
We'll go to the Taipei 101 in the Xma eve.
About the New Year we maybe go to Kyoto,because we like Kyoto.
At the last  I pray everybody will be health .

This is my first Christmas outside Taiwan. Being a resident of a sub-tropical country before I come to Canada, this is my first snowing season, my first time to see snow in my life, which also means that it is my first white Christmas. Friends around me have invited me to attend Christmas cerebrations, even friends not so acquainted with also kindly invite me to join their cerebration. One of my new friend told me, in a couple days ago, that the spirit of Christmas is sharing everything good with people around you, no matter whoever he or she is, we are all in a same family. His words touch me so much, and I would like to share that with all of you. Merry Christmas!!

Christmas without her
This year is my first no GF’s Christmas. I just broke up 2 weeks ago. I have a lot of beautiful memory with her in the past 3 years. We came to TamSui last Christmas, we take a boat to bay. We walk arm in arm and kiss each other. Every things are so true and so close. But this memory’ll be always keep in my mind.

Once upon a time there was a beast. Its name was "Nian". On the first day of the first lunar month, Nian would go to the villages to devour people and their animals. People were scared and didn't know how to prevent Nian's invasions, so they got together on the night before Nian came and had a great feast because they didn't know if they would be alive the next day. One year, an old man showed up and told the villagers to prepare firecrackers, gongs, drums, and pots, and put red papers on their doors and windows. When Nian came, they lighted firecrackers and beat their drums and gongs aggressively to make a lot of noise. Nian was frightened away by the noise and red papers. The next day, people came to visit their friends and relatives and said, "Kong-xi", to congratulate each other for surviving. Since then, it became a tradition for people to light firecrackers and put up red papers to celebrate the Chinese New Year. Now, red means auspicious and good luck, and the noise will scare evil away and ward off bad luck

Christmas is an important holiday all over the world, but I don't understand why Christmas is not holiday in Taiwan! Every Christmas Eve, I always wanna go to a crazy party or hold interesting activity, but I have to worry about the work next day. I think Taiwan should follow the world trend. Let Christmas be holiday. By doing so, maybe we can say we are international country.

Forget it! The most important is "Merry Xmas to everyone"

i'm sad i can't do anything to spend my christmas.
'cause my final discourse isn't finish.
i also feel sorry to my girl friend,
'cause i can't spend such a good holiday with her.
strictly speaking, as i'm getting older,
i feel X'mas isn't so much meaningful to me.
maybe there are so many things to do that i can't put attention on this holiday.
or maybe this holiday is so commercialization,
it makes me feel so bored.
But if i finish discourse, maybe i'll feel X'mas is interesting.:emo 019:

My new year plan

  For the end of 2007,I think about what I`ve done and what I haven`t done. I restarted to learn english this autumn , and I found the feeling of learning back. Several target to me next year, the first one is to pass the TOEIC exam , second is to earn more money for my own family. Maybe transfer my job to a better one company. And keep doing exercise to have a healthy body.

Remember whole this year, it got a very big change to me. I was a supervisor in a small company who led an EE team of RD. But the small company sold out the business unit that I worked to a big US company. And because of Boss looked me as a key man in this business, he promoted me to vice-manager. He could be a important people of my life. Now, time goes to the end of year, my jobs almost go smoothly and that should be a good return to him. For next year, I really hope company's business can go straight up. Because that is the only way to let us get award from company. And that is the only way too, for improving my life, for my family.
The above is my thinking now. A man who copied by work more than family.

as a year passed, have you looked back into yourself?
I don't know my choice is right or(oir) wrong, I just know I want to do what I want.
although the result is not as good as I wish, but it is a beginning.
I believed that I will gain my own(onw) opportunities and prove myself in this industry in 2008.

Beyond my comprehension, it has come to the yearend again.  Very soon 2008 is coming.  How time flies!  I feel stunned and wonder if I have made the most of my time during the year.  I cannot remember when I wrote my new wishes for the new year.  Obviously I haven't thought about my plans and expectations for the new year for a very long time.

  First, I will take the medium test of GEPT.  Although I know I am still not rather well prepared, yet I think I should anyway give myself a try.  I have the time and I can afford the test anyway.  Furthermore, I hope I can go to my ideal school after my graduation.  And after the entrance exam, I will find a new job.  I hope to try different jobs before having a fixed goal.

  Last, I hope to really find what I am really interested in and actualize the direction of my future development.  I don't want to waste my time in studying useless courses which are irrelevant with my future development.

  Thanks to Emi for giving me the chance to write down my wishes for the coming new year.  I hope everyone in the class will enjoy whatever they do in the new year.
