This method gains you SOME muscle while losing fat.     If you just do weight only.   You don't lose much fat.   
If you just jog only. You don't gain muscle.

Gaining muscle makes you lose fat faster.

10-15 reps only? How many sets would you be doing?
I used to worked out to gain muscle (I was real skinny) but now after stopped for over three years I am all about the FAT!!! lol
Very eager to get back in shape but too lazy to start...
Well thank for the tip I might try it out if I can be bothered... lol~

In ta case do HEAVY Heavy Weight  , HOw heavy?   so heavy that you can only do 6rips and aiming at 3-4 set.      And As you are blessed, you can EAT THE HELL OUT, Anything high fat, high protein  Just eat.    But do tends to eat more protein,  Drink protein shake if you dun mind the taste
